Stephen Clinton Willis has practiced law in Florida for more than 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and he received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from the Florida State University College of Law.

Mr. Willis has represented clients in all state and federal courts in Northwest Florida (the “Florida Panhandle”) and in Central Florida and South Florida.  He has represented clients from states throughout the country who have legal interests in Florida. Mr. Willis has represented two former candidates for the Office of Florida Governor, and his additional representative clients have included Legendary Marine in Destin, Florida, and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resorts in Sandestin Florida.

Mr. Willis is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida (including the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida); the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In relation to any appeal from any Federal District Court in Florida, Mr. Willis is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11^th Circuit; and he is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
